In order to further study, propagandize and implement the guiding principles of the Party’s 19th National Congress, on November 8, the first lecture of “Delivering Party Classes to the Grassroots Level - the Preaching of the Guiding Principles of the Party’s 19th National Congress” organized by the Propaganda Department of the State Organs Work Committee of the CPC and the Propaganda Department of the CPC Taiyuan Municipal Committee was held in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province.

CTA President Dai Bin was appointed by the State Organs Work Committee of the CPC to make a lecture entitled “The Theoretical Implication and Contemporary Significance of CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Talks on Tourism” as a party class for cadres of the tourism system of Taiyuan City. Dai Bin said that the most fundamental force in the development of tourism is the people. By relying on the people, the tourism industry could achieve a more balanced and adequate development; establish and pursue the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”. At present, key tasks in the development of the tourism industry are: global tourism, toilet revolution, red tourism development, civilized tourism, tourism diplomacy, poverty alleviation through tourism and rural tourism development. Dai Bin stressed that General Secretary Xi Jinping's talks on tourism is a component of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It has both contemporary significance and theoretical value; and it is also instructive for the development of the world's tourism industry.
